Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must give 24hrs notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur. If you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hrs in advance, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. No shows will be charged 100% of your appointment fee. Cancellation and no show fees must be paid before rescheduling your next appointment. If you don’t show up for your appointment 3 times within 3 months, you will be unable to book online for 6 months.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. Failure to arrive on time may result in your appointment being canceled. There will be a 3% convenience fee applied to all debit and credit card purchases. Thank you for your understanding and business.
